Organic coffees are grown without use of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides or herbicides. Ours are certified by the Organic Crop Improvement Association (OCIA) and the New Mexico Department of Agriculture (NMDA). Fair Trade means that farmers were paid a fair price for their harvest to guarantee them and their families a decent living wage. Our Fair Trade coffees are certified by Fair Trade USA (formerly TransFair).
We’re confident that any and all of our single origin coffees can stand alone, delicious in its own right. So why blend? We believe that the blends we’ve created over the years are even better than the sum of their parts. A clean, crisp Colombia balances a dark, deep Sumatra, for example. Blending a dark and a light roast can also offer fascinating and complex flavors that simply can’t be attained with a single roast.
We roast five days a week and each bag of Red Rock Roasters’ coffee has a Roast Date on the bottom. You can count on freshness and transparency from us.
