Our mission is to produce freshly roasted, high quality coffee and ship it within 24 hours to our customers. Coffee roasting is an art we take seriously. What makes Red Rock Roasters an exceptional coffee is our passion for a great cup. We achieve that by selecting the best Arabica beans available at any given time. Each coffee is then roasted to its "peak" to develop and highlight its particular characteristics. The roast peak varies from coffee to coffee. As a result some coffees are roasted dark, while others are full-city or medium roast. Lastly, our high altitude roasting allows for a slower roast at lower temperatures. Slower roasting produces coffees that are smooth and without bitterness.
